Shipping Policy
Shipping Note: Some shipping carriers may be experiencing delivery delays. If you have questions regarding your order, or you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email from Tea Forest, please contact us. Shipping Times
Standard Orders: For United States, please allow 3-5 business days transit time. For US Territories, please allow 6-10 days. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, transit times will vary 10-15 days, depending on the destination. Orders to Canada ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Express Orders: Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders ship the same business day if placed by 12 PM ET, otherwise, these orders will ship the following business day. Express Shipping options are only available within the United States.
